Influences
Chef Steve was influenced early by the Saturday Night Live parody of Julia Childs and currently loves Jaques Pépin's Fast Food My Way.
Secret Weapon
Le Creuset Pot

Iron Chef Greg hails from the great state of New Jersey, with his beautiful wife Melissa and two precocious daughters, (supercalafrajelisticexpialadocious!), that is!
Chef Greg has a multitude of culinary experience that ranges from mixology to an Escoffier like passion for all dishes that are complimented with a venerable sauce.
When not at work in the kitchen, Chef Greg is at home in the kitchen concocting a sample of what is to come at his next party for his family to enjoy!
Influences
Inspired from his days sitting in a college dorm room dreaming of operating my own bar/restaurant. For it has been said dreams allow us to cope with reality. I also enjoy re-creating dishes that I have enjoyed from scratch, with the aid of only my memory of that experience.
Secret Weapon
Allay Cuisine!!! And his wife.

Influences
Chef Billy is influenced by the New York Times.
Secret Weapon
Sorry, there is no English translation for Chef Billy's secret weapon.
Also, as he points out, "It is not secret if I tell you!"
